If we work with you regularly, more often than not, you will get to know the same engineers who will come and work on your machines. In any case, we always make copious notes after each visit or consultation so that the Dr Logic team is well briefed to understand your IT needs in depth.
2. Tailored Mac solutions. Dr Logic offers solutions specifically for your Apple computers. The boffins at Dr Logic have specialist Mac knowledge and the high level of our Apple expertise is hard to find in London.
3. Local to you. We are not a faceless IT services company offering distant technical support. If you have an emergency, we can be with you straight away if you are in central London. We work predominantly on site at your offices, so we can be sure we know your systems inside and out.
4. Training & Independence. Each member of the Dr Logic team loves IT and that means sharing our knowledge and ideas with you – we will, however, take care not to bore you! If you want to learn how to solve your own IT issues, Dr Logic will train you to become independent, transferring knowledge not harbouring it.
